Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We recommend paying online. Prepaid and UPI orders are processed faster.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for an additional charge of Rs. 49. This charge is added to your order total, and you pay the full amount in cash to the delivery partner when your order arrives. For example, if your order total is Rs. 100, you pay Rs. 149 on delivery.

Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-3 business days.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace it. Please see our Return and refund policy for details.
